Dancing Freedom Townsville Conscious Dance Experience presents Experiencing the Elements

Join me each month on a journey through the 5 elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether.

Each month we will deep dive into an element to explore its full spectrum of expression, transformation and essence.

In April, you are invited to Experiencing the Element of Fire.

Fire

Fire starts with a spark. A spark of friction, a spark of passion, a spark of inspiration.

When we feed the spark it ignites into a blaze of our own making, consuming what it is fed. What will you feed your fire?

Fire also has the powerful effect of transforming and transmuting impurities of the body, of the mind, the energetic and emotional systems.

Just like the phoenix we are able to harness the power of fire to burn away the old to arise from our own ashes anew.

I invite you to surrender into the crucible of fire, as we explore its' essence as it interacts the elements of Earth, water, air and ether for us to emerge transformed.

No experience in Dance is necessary. All is welcome! Curiosity is especially welcome.

Dancing Freedom is a conscious ecstatic dance practice, a moving mediation practice. A safe space for personal enquiry through movement. You are invited to let the body move you without censorship. By inviting the dance to dance you, you come closer to essence of your own embodiment.

You will be facilitated to dance through a musical elemental wave of: earth, water, fire, air and ether, exploring the theme of Fire!

All of you is welcome into the space!

6.25pm: Conscious Dance Begins

8pm: Closing Circle & Sharing
