I love the way the roots of the tress in the picture above connect and separate, come together, overlap and then become apart. They are in relationship. Everything is about relationship.
Psychodrama is the best way I know to develop intimacy and create better relationships.
This experiential psychodrama group is for people who wish to weave the threads of their life past and present to create the future of their dreams and goals.
Psychodrama is an experiential method- no acting experience needed and absolute beginners or experienced psychodramatists are all very welcome.
The psychodrama method is also a useful tool for professional development.
Session Details
There will be a maximum of 6 participants. There will be a further one day group in Katoomba on 26th March.
The work of the group will evolve from the lives, issues and warm-ups of the participants.
Date and Times
Sunday 26th February 2023. 10am to 5pm. Bring lunch to share.
Some places may be available for accommodation on Saturday night for a small extra fee.
About the Facilitator:
Katherine Howard is an accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Psychodramatist, and Teacher with the School of Shamanic Womancraft. She has 40 years of experience as a consultant occupational therapist, counsellor and group therapist. She specialises in counselling for women's life transitions and relationship counselling. She has a counselling/psychotherapy and groupwork practice in Lane Cove, Bondi and Katoomba.
