An experiential psychodrama group for people who wish to weave the threads of their life past and present to create the future of their dreams and goals.

Psychodrama is an experiential method- no acting experience needed and absolute beginners or experienced psychodramatists are all very welcome.

Session Details

There will be a maximum of 6 participants. These groups are intended to be held on a (more or less!) monthly basis and are a good companion to the professional development psychodrama workshops.

The work of the group will evolve from the lives, issues and warm-ups of the participants.

All Covid public health orders will be adhered to.

About the Facilitator:

Katherine Howard is an accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Psychodramatist, and Teacher with the School of Shamanic Womancraft. She has 40 years of experience as a consultant occupational therapist, counsellor and group therapist. She specialises in counselling for women's life transitions and relationship counselling. She has a counselling/psychotherapy and groupwork practice in Bondi and Katoomba.
