Exploring Enoughness: the 2025 Enjoyathon
Event description
EXPLORING ENOUGHNESS:
The 2025 Enjoyathon
Sick of spending your evenings in front of the telly? Or scrolling through social media?
Wanna do something with a bit more omph? Meaningful and contributing to your quality of life?
Look no further.
Starting at 6pm and done and dusted by 7.15, you'll enjoy a stimulating hour in great company, online, without having to leave the house.
A dedicated time to delve into what really matters. Coz recognising enoughness matters. Without it, we're a moth to the flame of every alluring, unhelpful distraction.
The six sessions will hone our enoughness muscle ... it's not hard. It's simply and deliberately noticing and recalling the many small good moments that punctuate our every day.
Get ready for your happiness and contentment levels to soar!
Exploring Enoughness is a mindfulness-based six week online course.
Each week you'll build on a personal discovery of surprising and delightful unexpected, small moments.
We'll share discoveries (or lack of!) in class and notice the effect they have on mood and emotions.
Sessions start and end with a ten-minute meditation.
It's so easy to overlook the small, good moments that make life worth living.
Day after day, hour after hour.
Not your fault: the dice are loaded. We're hardwired to scan for danger, to compare and criticize our self. To play crisis on a loop.
Evolutionary biology shouts 'survive' and cares little for 'thrive'.
We overlook the good stuff. Hey, we can change that!
Exploring Enoughness is:
* Part meditation: come home to yourself.
* Part appreciation: wow and wonder.
* Part connection time: the stimulation of bouncing off each other.
TESTIMONIALS
Thanks so much for running this Shakti it was run really well and it has enhanced my days so beautifully. - Rob
The first thing I realised at the start of this wonderful course was how I actually disregard moments of joy and love. That's where it started but by the end my days were full of the realisation that joy was always there, just waiting for me to notice. -Julie
I'm finding more humour in stressful situations since we’ve been doing this. - Cath
I’ve been more content and less stressed since doing the course. It’s particularly helpful when I'm feeling a bit off, poor-me thoughts running the show. - Robyn
