Explore Lyttelton Port on a double‑decker bus

Join us for a fun chance to explore Lyttelton Port Company, the largest deep‑water port in the South Island. Travel through the port on a guided bus tour and see how big ships, busy wharves, and hardworking teams help connect New Zealand to the world.

Even better, every ticket helps support Cholmondeley Children’s Centre, which provides short‑term emergency and planned respite care for families with young children.

Lyttelton Port is a Customs Controlled Area (CCA), and we require you to provide a photo ID (Driver Licence or Passport) to LPC Security before boarding the bus for those 16 years or older.

Those under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  

Unfortunately, you will be unable to board the bus if you do not have the required photo ID.
