Sebastian Flynn (The Culture Compass) and Liliana Maria (Cultural Conversations) take you on a guided inward journey through your own cultural story and back out into the world of cross-cultural creativity where we all work together, each bringing our respective unique gifts and innate biases.

Liliana Maria will lead the afternoon session with Cultural Conversations comprising:

Ethnicity & Culture (Anthropological perspective)
Neuroscience – Unconscious Bias (The ‘Filing Cabinet’ of Our Unconscious)
Cognitive Science (The ‘Second Soul’ of Language)
Social Science – Empathy vs Sympathy
Compassion and Connection (Einstein on compassion)
