Event description

WoTL presents an opportunity to gather, connect, and discover, with Emily Shipway of @Lenswood.

In this half day workshop Emily will cover:

  • The journey from intensive care nursing, to purchasing a commercial apple orchard.
  • The evolution of diversifying and developing an AgriTourism operation; @Lenswood
  • Expanding your entrepreneurial mindset to identify AgriTourism opportunities and making more with what you already have.
  • Innovation, adaptability, and resilience in agriculture
  • Seasonal practices in the orchard

The day includes morning tea, lunch and a bag of apples to take home.

The full cost of this workshop is $100. The fee has been heavily subsidised thanks to the generous support from WOTL and the event sponsors.
