Event description

Join Market Lane at Double Cross Dining Room for a fun, casual, and informative coffee tasting session where we will taste and talk about Bolivian Coffee.

Bolivia is a relatively small coffee producing nation, exporting only about ninety-thousand sacks globally per year. Despite their low volume, they produce some of the most unique, exquisite, and sought after coffees in the world. Market Lane has been partnering with  Bolivian coffee producers since 2010.

---

Cupping is a system of tasting and evaluating coffee that is used throughout the entire supply chain. At Market Lane, cupping helps us to decide which lots we are going to purchase, provide direct feedback to coffee producers, and to ensure that each and every batch of coffee that leaves our Weston Street Roastery is tasting it’s best.

This casual tasting session is suitable for anyone who’s interested in learning a little bit more about the colourful and sometimes challenging history of Bolivian coffee. No prior knowledge or cupping experience is necessary.

---

Included in the ticket price is a 150g bag of Bolivian coffee to take home.
