A: The workshop emphasizes consent, respect, and personal boundaries. Participants are encouraged to communicate their desires and boundaries openly and honestly. You also will be able to change your boundaries any time during an activity if you feel so. Your comfort and well-being are a priority. If you ever feel uncomfortable during any exercise or activity, you are encouraged to communicate that to the facilitators or your partner, and adjustments can be made. Consent and open communication are vital throughout the workshop.

Q: Who is the facilitator of the workshop and what are their qualifications? A: The workshop is facilitated by Ami, owner of Somatic Intimacy Coaching, experienced and knowledgeable experts in the field of sensuality and touch. Ami has backgrounds in Tantra, somatic therapy, and sensual practices.

Ami's bio: With a degree in chemical engineering, a massage therapist of almost 15 years, a dance teacher, a tantric bodyworker, and a graduate of Somatica Sex and relationship coaching Ami has a unique way of looking at connection.

After living and working most of her life in her head, she got to a point where something needed to change. She learnt that the more trauma and old memories she released the more she could hear what her body was telling her.

Now she is coaching people to find their bodies' voices through breath, touch, movement and visualisation to help them connect in relationships and with their sexuality.

Ami is collaborating with Intimate Horizons to create safe and fun spaces where people can learn more about themselves and their desires and needs.
