Exploring Eucalyptus through Nature Journaling

Join us for a hands-on workshop for understanding, identifying and appreciating our local Eucalyptus species. 

Dates: Friday 1 May 2026 

Place: Wirraminna Environmental Education Centre

Time: 10:00am - 3:00pm

The workshop activities include:

10am -12pm Ecology Session  

12.00 - 12.30 Lunch (provided)

12.30 - 3.00pm Nature Journaling 

• A presentation by an expert guest speaker on local Eucalyptus ecology and Grassy Box Woodland management 

• A guided nature journaling session, focusing on Eucalyptus species identification on site at Wirraminna.  

• Practical identification activities to support ecological literacy and land management 

Participants will be able to purchase a Eucalyptus ID Nature Journal for only $15
