Join me for the opening session of the Inspired by ActiveHope workshop series, grounded in the transformative WTR work of Joanna Macy. In this 2 hour experiential gathering, we begin with gratitude—a powerful foundation for hope, resilience, and reconnection in the midst of challenging times globally.

Exploring Gratitude Within invites you to:

Explore what gratitude is and how it can support us in facing challenging times
Connect with your own experience of gratitude and reflect on what brings you joy and appreciation in your own life through a guided and embodied meditation
Spend time deepening our relationship with the natural world through a relaxed and sensory walk in the parkland
Small group work, Sharing with others in a supportive space what we and who we value, appreciate and honour in our own lives.
Consider and implement simple ways to carry gratitude into daily life as a grounding practice and way of life.

No prior experience is needed. This is a gentle, welcoming space to connect and deepen relationship—with yourself, others, and the Earth. The short walk to the parkland has a small hill so please contact me if you feel this will be difficult to manage due to fitness or mobility considerations.
