This workshop aims to explore the experience of menopause through participation in creative and experiential offerings. We aim to map out how we arrive at menopause and build information and understandings about this often messy yet revelatory stage of life. Alongside the struggles that often arise in menopause is opportunity to fully and kindly embrace ourself.
Enjoy a fun and nurturing afternoon in the beautiful Kangaroo Ground in the comfort of the KG centre. All women welcome, wherever you are in your life stage. You may be anticipating peri-menopause, right in the thick of it, or on the other side and wishing for reflection, all stages welcome.
Anne Hall and Amber Summerfield are your facilitators, spanning years of working with all transitions of the life cycle, including birthing, mothers and babies, menarche and puberty education, women's circles, consent education, and now - menopause. Anne is a facilitator for celebrationdayforgirls.com and Amber is a facilitator for Autumn Woman, Harvest Queen from the School of Shamanic Womancraft.
We would love to share with you the harvest from many years of beautiful friendship and deep divings into the trials and treasures of Menopause.
