How do you embrace mindfulness?
This 4 week workshop series offers practical tools, inspiration and guidance for the process of mindfulness. Each workshop runs for 60 minutes, exploring ways that can help you to slow down, calm your mind and manage stress.
Why is mindfulness important? Studies suggest that practicing mindfulness can help us manage stress, cope better with serious illness and reduce anxiety and depression.
Date: Wednesday from 5.30-6.30pm.

Cost: x4 workshops - $30 each session or, $40 for individual sessions.
