At EDV, we understand the impact that an eating disorder can have on the quality of life of those who may be experiencing, or caring for a person experiencing an eating disorder. Utilising strategies to improve quality of life can be a powerful step in the right direction for those experiencing an eating disorder and those supporting them, through positively impacting physical, psychological and social health.

This EDV Community Webinar is a 1 hour online workshop that will explore Quality of Life in relation to an eating disorder. This webinar is suitable for anyone experiencing or who have recovered from an eating disorder, carers and support people, and those in the general community who are wanting to learn more about improving Quality of Life.

You can expect a balance of education, the opportunity for reflection, with a focus on the following topics:

Defining Quality of Life
Quality of Life and eating disorders
Strategies and tools to improve Quality of Life
Support considerations
