• Understand what’s involved in running a business

• Assess whether your idea is commercially viable

• Explore your strengths, goals and readiness for self-employment

• Learn about the support available through the program

This is your opportunity to:

• Learn from experienced mentors and small business specialists through a series of practical masterclasses

• Explore key topics including financial literacy, customer journey, digital marketing, and AI essentials

• Learn how to develop a business plan and turn your idea into a practical model ready for action

PLEASE NOTE: This is a 4-day workshop being delivered flexibly to accommodate people at different stages of their self-employment journey. After the first in-person day, there are 3 additional days delivered online via teams. These days are:

Tuesday 17 November - 9am - 4pm

Thursday 19 November - 9am - 4pm

There is no cost to you for this course, provided you meet the below eligibility criteria:

1. Be 15 years of age or older

2. Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold eligible working rights in Australia

3. Not be an undischarged bankrupt
