Swami Umapuri is a long-time disciple of Vishwaguru Paramhans Swami Maheshwarananda, author of the scientific system Yoga in Daily Life. She has been teaching for 30+ years. She is based in Vienna, Austria and travels the world teaching yoga and meditation to all. In 2013 she was initiated as a Swami (yoga monk), in the Dasnami Sannyasi tradition.

In each of us there is a wonderful and miraculous dormant potential and as we begin to activate this inner energy source we can utilise these dormant powers to achieve what we so dearly desire; a purposeful existence living in peace, harmony and happiness.

The Cosmic energy flows into through our body and within that there are eight main Chakras (energy centres). Each of them has their distinctive qualities and symbols and can be awaken and harmonised with particular yogic techniques and practices. Each center illuminates qualities, wisdom and lessons to help facilitate our personal development to live our daily life with harmony and authenticity. There is so much to learn about ourselves as we look inward.

These workshops include theoretical principles, practical techniques and Q&A. Swami Umapuri has a wealth of practical experience and yogic knowledge to share that will make these workshops an invaluable experience for all interested in their personal and spiritual development. People of all levels of yoga experience are welcome.

Morning tea is included.
