About the Facilitator: Chris Dennis, Senior Export Adviser, Export Development & Services, Investment NSW

With over 15 years experience in delivering regional developments across Central and Western NSW, Chris has joined the Investment NSW Export Adviser team to support the Manufacturing, Agri, Food & Beverage sectors and to expand and diversify their export markets.

Chris also supports NSW Exporters in the New England and Northwest regions through the delivery of export services, programs and resources from Austrade and Investment NSW.

About the Presenter: Shirley Ng, National Manager International Competitiveness, The Australian Industry Group (Ai Group)

Shirley Ng leads Ai Group's international growth consulting services. She has extensive experience in international business, working with Australian enterprises to develop export marketing and sales strategies for global growth. Shirley has traveled widely across key markets in North and South-East Asia to support her clients' export and global expansion strategies.

She has worked in various industries at both strategic and operational levels, managing programs to help businesses grow and sustain exports. This includes leveraging Free Trade Agreements and exploring new market channels like E-commerce and online platforms. Shirley focuses on building strategic partnerships and enhancing business relationships with government and private sector organisations across key export markets.
