Start your weekend the right way with an Ice Bath Plunge.
Sore muscles, lacking focus, feeling drained of energy?
You'll feel like you have a new body after taking a dip in our beautiful 6-person Ice Bath Tub at a chilly 2 degrees.
Limited tickets available.
This event is held at my Permaculture Display Home here in Alfredton, (Ballarat).
Tickets are $30 per person.
