Expressing breastmilk - A Group Discussion with the Australian Breastfeeding Association

For most mothers the easiest and most efficient way to feed your baby breastmilk is usually at the breast, but there may be occasions when this is not possible and you need to express your milk. Do you have questions about expressing? How much? How long? Where to store the milk? Do you even need a pump?

Come and meet our Breastfeeding Counsellors from the Australian Breastfeeding Association who will happily to answer questions and give information on how to maximise breastmilk expressing success. This event is open for all mums, you do not need to be a member of the Australian Breastfeeding Association to attend. A small morning tea will be provided.
