Expression of Interest: City of Stirling Thrive Lite Program

The City of Stirling has partnered with Business Station to deliver the Thrive Lite Business Growth Program for local small business owners.

Thrive is a practical 6 week coaching program designed to help you step back from the day-to-day, work through your current business challenges, and build a clearer plan for growth.

This program is heavily subsidised by the City of Stirling. Successful applicants pay only $97 + GST, with the program valued at $1,800. Places are limited, with 8 spots available.

Through the program, you’ll work with experienced business coaches, connect with other local business owners, and take part in structured workshops and accountability sessions to help you move from ideas into action.

Who should apply

This program is suitable for:

• Small business owners with fewer than 20 employees

• Businesses located within the City of Stirling

• Business owners ready to work on their business challenges

• Entrepreneurs looking for practical, real-world coaching

• People who are willing to implement changes between sessions

Eligibility

To be eligible for Stirling Thrive Lite, your business must be located within the City of Stirling.

As places are limited, priority will be given to business owners who are ready to commit to the full program and actively take part in the workshops, coaching and accountability process.

Identify your current blockers and set practical goals for the next stage of your business.

Finance and Cash Flow
Understand your key numbers, improve cash flow confidence, and look at ways to strengthen profitability.

Marketing Strategy
Clarify your message, identify where to focus your marketing, and build a plan that connects with the right audience.

Accountability Sessions
Stay on track between workshops with support from your coaches and peer group.
