Working with clay can be incredibly healing as the medium holds earthly elements that encourage one to become present and grounded.

This workshop incorporates both play and art therapy processing... a session of creative exploration and self-discovery, allowing an opportunity for you to be inspired, and allow creative expression with meaning-making. Combining art therapy with clay creates an opportunity for more depth, your art piece will be infused with your unique meaning.
