Expressive Therapies Master Class
Event description
This workshop is an extension to the Introduction to Expressive Therapies sessions that have been provided by Lisa Gardiner over the past two years.
Previous attendance at Introduction to Expressive Therapies or regular use of expressive activities in your work is preferred so that the best learning can be achieved.
Still using a range of expressive therapies, Lisa will explore introspection and transpersonal dynamics to create a deeper process of reflection and learning.
Visual reflections will be introduced using video in the sessions and playback.
This session will help you learn and develop individualised co-regulation routines that are fun and engaging, and you will explore how mindful breathing can create a sense of safety and stability.
The workshop can be a helpful addition to your practice if you work with people who are grieving and experiencing stress or anxiety.
