Our beginner four-week course is the perfect introduction to Bayley Arts favourite art class.

If you're looking for something fun, come and let your imagination run wild exploring colour and abstract design with acrylic.
Tutor Naomi Heath who will guide you along the way to learn the required skills and techniques of abstract design through colour, shape, form, and composition. Each class will explore a different technique, so no class is ever the same. Students will produce a unique artwork at the end of each class. All materials supplied.

WHAT YOU WILL GET

An understanding of the processes to develop abstract motifs and compositions.
How to work with colour and how colours function together
All paper, paint and brushes are included

WHAT TO BRING

There is the option to bring your own painting support. This can include a canvas board, stretched canvas or canvas pad/acrylic paper pad in a size of your choice. This can be purchased from Officeworks, Art Shed or tell Melbourne Artists Supplies that you're a student at Bayley Arts and get 10% off your art materials.
