Extending the Runway in a Downturn: Incentivising Employees

Join Marque Lawyers' partners Wesley Rogers (workplace) and Giselle Finnane (corporate) as they discuss some of the issues start-up employers are facing in the current economic environment. Wesley and Giselle will be discussing what incentive structures they are seeing and what impact down-rounds are having on typical option offerings. They will also discuss the legal issues involved in downsizing teams and some tips on how best to manage this process.
