I worked as a social worker for over 10 years and I too was putting everyone first which affected my physical, emotional and mental health. I have seen many women in the health industry neglecting their self-care and burning themselves out.
Through furthering my studies and looking into how to better take care of myself, my mental health and my wellbeing, I have been able to put myself first, so I can better take care of others and now I want to share these tools with you.
