Lan-Hoa has kindly agreed to lead another meditation session this month on Sunday, 3rd December from 10am - 11.30am at 5 Haynes Avenue, Umina Beach.

We will still be having our end-of-year meditation and Christmas gathering on Sunday, 10th December. This meditation session is in addition to that.

The meditation is suitable for beginners, and also for experienced meditators who wish to enhance their practice. You are welcome to sit on a cushion or chair.

The entry is free, but donations are welcome to help us continue to offer classes and workshops, and periodically invite Tibetan Buddhist teachers to give teachings. The suggested donation for a session is $15.
