Event description

EYE GAZING facilitated by The Human Connection Movement ®

Are you yearning to be seen for who you truly are? Do you desire real and meaningful connections? Are there parts of you that you're unsure how to express yet still desire to be witnessed?

Then you’ve come to the right place.

We provide a safe and nurturing environment to be seen, valued, and understood. A place where you can connect with others, recognise your interconnectedness with everything around you, and have fun at the same time!

What is Eye Gazing?

Eye Gazing is an ancient relational practice that connects you with others through the simple act of eye contact. It has been described as "the most powerful mode of establishing a communicative link between humans."

When we Eye Gazing, we move beyond the limitations of words and communicate through feelings. It's a beautiful experience where confusion diminishes, and the barriers between us fade away, allowing us to connect beyond the stories we tell ourselves about who we think we are and meet ourselves as we truly are!

How Can Eye Gazing Help Me?

Eye Gazing can bring numerous benefits to your life:

  • It can boost your confidence.
  • It can deepen intimacy in all your relationships.
  • It can enhance your perception and intuition.
  • You learn to establish healthy boundaries.
  • It teaches you about the importance of reciprocity.
  • You can cultivate a deeper sense of trust within yourself and with others.
  • It can sharpen your discernment and intuition.
  • It can calm your mind and fosters the ability to let go.
  • You realise you are not alone.
  • And more.

How Does Eye Gazing Work?

We have designed a variety of eye-gazing exercises that will stimulate you, bring a smile to your face, and even make you laugh. These exercises provide you with a wonderful opportunity to enjoy your time and connect with others who share the same interest.

Practically, each exercise typically lasts around 5 minutes, followed by a break. Sometimes you will be sitting still. Other times, you might find yourself engaging in gentle movements, and occasionally, you might even find yourself dancing, all while maintaining eye contact! It's a dynamic and engaging experience that keeps the energy flowing throughout the workshop.

The playlist is also quite cinematic, so you might even feel like you’re watching a movie through someone’s eyes. It’s one of those experiences that is difficult to forget because it leaves a lasting impression on you.

Our Why

We firmly believe that everyone deserves to experience the depths of true human connection. We understand the life-giving and affirming power of being genuinely seen and witnessed for who we truly are. Therefore, we are passionate about sharing this transformative experience with those who share the same yearning for genuine connection.

About Us

Believe it or not, we began as a grassroots community initiative, organising free open events in parks that unexpectedly gained widespread attention. Over the past six years, our community events have taken place in 20 countries. This organic growth was driven solely by the demand and enthusiasm of our communities. As we guided people through these events in groups, we gradually realised the transformative potential they held. Inspired by this, we have since developed and crafted workshops to delve further into the power of connection.

Over the years, we have received some noticeable attention, meaning we must be doing something right! We have been featured on VICELAND, Catalyst ABC, SBS, The Guardian, ABC Radio, News.com.au, FOX10, Emotion Magazine, and The Embodiment Conference.

Location and Time

3/12 Tasman Way Byron Bay. Arrival time: 6:15pm. The workshop starts at 6:30pm and ends at 8:30pm.
