  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

10am-1pm

Baynons Brake, Baynons Road, Clarkville. (The event will be signposted from Heywards Road).

  • What to bring: Water bottle, keep cup for tea/coffee, sturdy shoes or gumboots, warm clothes (layers).

  • Provided: Kai/BBQ lunch, drinking water, portaloo and handwashing facilities. We have spades and clean gloves, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment.

  • What to know before you come: All ages are welcome, and children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
