Face to Face Verifiable Training FN Conference 30-31 May 2025

There will be two half days of training to complete your 10 hours of verifiable training.

It is anticipated that we will provide afternoon tea on day 1 and morning tea on day 2, expecting to finish early afternoon, provided we start early enough.

We provide the printed course materials, and a Super Summary to skill up on will be emailed to you prior to the training.

Registration will be straight after the conference finishes at Trinity Wharf (4 minute drive, 17 minute walk) at the Tauranga Club. We will start at 2:00pm and do as much as we can until approximately 6:00pm. It would be ideal to start by 8:00am the following morning to finish the rest of the modules.

The final costing will be dependent on numbers (a minimum of 20 registrations) and what the Tauranga Club wants to charge for catering, but I will be keeping the cost as sharp as I can. I anticipate the cost will be from $140 - $180 inc GST for training, materials, and catering.

There is accommodation at Hotel on Devonport (the venue for the Tauranga club) and you can see the room rates below for those that want the convenience of being able to fall out of bed and join the training 😁

Hotel on Davenport Room Rates and booking instructions

The attendees can book these rooms by emailing us directly on Reservations reservations@hotelondevonport.net.nz , informing us that they are First National delegate, or book on our website Hotel on Devonport | Hotel on Devonport Tauranga | Home. 

When they reserve a room on the website, please advise them to add in First National delegates in the special request box, and we will adjust the rates accordingly.

The booking is on a first come, first served basis.

7 x Deluxe rooms $200 per room per night

8 x Deluxe Twin rooms $220 per room per night

10 x Executive Rooms $210 per room per night

RATE DETAIL: All rates are inclusive of GST.

COMMISSION: The rates are non-commissionable

Breakfast: The hotel offers an a la carte room service breakfast every morning from 6:30am for $25.00 per guest. If requeued we can arrange a sit-down breakfast in the Tauranga club which is located on level 5 of the hotel building for $30 per guest, every morning from 8:30am.

Additional Charges: We offer a secure standard undercover car park for $10 per car per night or an EV secure undercover car park for $15 per car per night. We recommend that any car park bookings are made prior to arrival. Please be aware there is a height restriction of 2.1metres to enter the car park.

Payment: We would need a credit card as a guarantee and the payment for the booking can be made by the guaranteed credit card or by bank transfer 3 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel for free 72 hours before the date of arrival. Any cancellation after that will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the total accommodation cost per room cancelled
