Narelle Lullfitz is the founder of Palmyra Yoga Shala, a dedicated space for practicing living the principles of Ayurvedic medicine and Shadow Yoga. She is a mum, gardener and facilitator of women’s circles. For many years she trained to now share the safe and simple preparations of Shadow Yoga, revived by her teacher Sundernath, releasing tensions and personal habits, cultivating strength and discernment. Regular practice cultivates steady breathing, supporting changes in firmness and flexibility. Freeing the body of restrictions, in turn releases the mind from its conditioning.
