The session emphasizes evidence-based facilitation strategies and classroom management techniques that support inclusive dialogue, distinguished from general inclusive teaching practices by its specific focus on managing challenging moments when they arise. Faculty will gain concrete tools for creating spaces where difficult conversations can occur constructively, helping them respond effectively to sensitive topics and conflict while fostering meaningful learning experiences for all students.
