FACILITATOR SKILLS BOOSTER TRAINING SESSION

The South Metro Peer Network provides a welcoming space for Peer Support Groups and community-based organisations based in the South Metro area to network, share information, and access training and education that will support their work in the local community. It provides quarterly meetings throughout the year, building stronger connections between local groups, and having a strong focus on place-based needs and solutions. This month's workshop is centred around boosting your facilitation skills.  It will explore key facilitation skills, including problem-solving, conflict management, and effective communication in leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to share challenges and develop new skills in a supportive environment. This meeting will include a round robin and small consultation, training session, and networking morning tea.
