Facilitator Practice Circles are a learning lab for facilitators and collaborative leaders, all in an up-beat, online learning environment.

The practice sessions are an opportunity to bring your challenges and questions, practise facilitation skills, review theory and engage in role plays.

Facilitation can be a surprisingly solo endeavour, and Facilitator Practice Circles are a chance to connect with peers, share experiences and continue to learn and grow together.

This 4 Session Pass gives you access to four Facilitator Practice Circles, which you can use across upcoming sessions as dates are released.

You do not need to choose your four sessions when you purchase your pass. You can book into the Facilitator Practice Circles that suit your availability.

How the pass works

Once you purchase your 4 Session Pass, Groupwork Centre will send you a unique booking code.

When you would like to attend a Facilitator Practice Circle:

1. Choose the Facilitator Practice Circle you would like to attend.

2. Register through the Humanitix page for that session.

3. Enter your unique booking code at checkout.

4. One session will be redeemed from your 4 Session Pass.

Your code can be used to book four Facilitator Practice Circles in total.

Places at individual Facilitator Practice Circles are subject to availability, so we recommend registering once you know you would like to attend.

Future Facilitator Practice Circle dates will continue to be released throughout the year.

Eligibility

Facilitator Practice Circles are open to anyone who has attended one of our public courses or a workplace training session.

Alternatively, you may be a graduate of our advanced facilitation program.

Please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements before purchasing a 4 Session Pass.

Format

We generally run Facilitator Practice Circles in an open format without a pre-determined topic.

Participants are invited to put forward suggestions for what the group should work on during each session, meaning the content is responsive and relevant to those who are present on the day.

Sessions may include opportunities to explore current facilitation challenges, practise skills, revisit theory, engage in role plays and learn from the experiences of others.

Each Facilitator Practice Circle is facilitated by one of our Groupwork Centre trainers.

Facilitator Practice Circles are delivered online via Zoom. Once you have registered for an individual session, you will receive the Zoom link approximately 24 hours before the session.

Each package provides access to the same four Facilitator Practice Circle sessions.

Selecting the higher rates helps us continue to make Facilitator Practice Circles accessible to people and organisations with fewer resources.

Payment

Payment can be made via credit card at the time of registration.

After purchasing your pass, you will receive confirmation of your purchase. Groupwork Centre will then provide your unique booking code separately, which you can use when registering for your four Facilitator Practice Circles.
