Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The Woodville Town Hall is wheelchair accessible! :) However, we would recommend attending at quieter hours as the market hall may get a bit congested during peak hours. Accessible parking spaces are also available – 2 in the carpark behind the venue and 2 in the carpark across Woodville Road. Please note these are first come, first served, and we are not able to reserve them for you.

Are companion cards accepted?

To help attendees with disabilities fully participate in Faerie Fauna Fair 2026, we accept the Companion Card. This allows a companion or carer to attend at no additional cost, supporting a more accessible and enjoyable experience. On the day of the event, you can simply show your Companion Card at our ticketing table along with your ticket to gain entry.

Can I cosplay/dress up?

Yes absolutely! We encourage all forms of cosplay & dressing up at our event, however all outfits must be family friendly. Please also be mindful that our venue can get a bit stuffy during peak hours, so cosplays shouldn't be too bulky out of consideration for others.

Will food be served at the event?

As this is our first time running this event, we have decided to only have a small selection of pre-packaged food and drink available at the mini-bar in the foyer! For proper food & drink, we recommend checking out the various cafés located within close walking distance nearby to the Woodville Town Hall! Please do not bring outside food into the event.

This is a unique art-driven event focused on animal and faerie/fantasy creature themed art and activities!

Discover 45+ local and interstate artists with animal and faerie creature themed trinkets, such as, crochet, stickers, prints, keychains, apparel, and so much more!

While our Artist Market is the star focus for our event, we will also have many additional free and paid activities in-line with the events core themes!

If you are running late there is a 30 minute grace period and if you arrive later, you may need to wait in line.

Tickets will be scanned at the entrance, and attendees will receive a stamp. Re-entry is permitted with a visible stamp shown to staff.

Kids 12 and under are free, please note that they must be accompanied by a legal guardian/parent at all times during the event.

No animals except for assistance animals are permitted at the venue.
