Your Facilitator:

David, Managing Director at BCI Minerals, brings 20+ years of leadership in mining, including managing large capital projects. Previously, he was CEO at Bravus Mining, where he led the Carmichael coal mine start-up and executed key projects. David also served as General Manager at BHP, overseeing production ramp-up at Caval Ridge mine. He has since drastically transformed his team and company structure at BCI Minerals to be more value-based, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and sustainable growth.
