Our biological, neurological, and emotional makeup predisposes us to trust. It operates as the foundational currency propelling all endeavors forward. Every facet of life advances at the pace of trust. Therefore, it's imperative to deepen our comprehension of trust dynamics and hone our ability as leaders to build a culture of trust and to discern when trust is warranted and when it's not.

About the presenter

Adam Meredith brings a unique blend of business acumen and spiritual leadership to the "Faith@Work" workshop. With over 12 years of experience as the Senior Minister of The Red Door Community Church, he has been at the forefront of fostering faith in professional settings.

Prior to his current role, he spent nearly 12 years on the leadership team at Riverview Church Australia. This followed a successful career in finance, including positions as a Management Accountant at Schlumberger and Heytesbury Pty Ltd, and as a Senior Accountant at EY.

This diverse background enables him to bridge the gap between faith and professional life, offering valuable insights on building trust-based cultures in both spiritual and secular environments. His journey from the corporate world to spiritual leadership provides a unique perspective on integrating faith principles into workplace practices.
