Jess empowers peace warriors with liberating experiences, knowledge, and practical tools to embody their fully lit authentic Self in daily life.

She is trained in holistic nutrition, Integrated Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Nāda, Yin-Yang Flow, and Restorative Yoga. She is also a two-time World Multi-Sport Champion and a dedicated mother.

As the founder of STOKED LIFE, Jess offers mentoring in self-care and brain-rewiring mantra meditation, alongside group Nāda Yoga journeys that support authentic growth and transformation.
