This special event is designed to help you align with the natural rhythms of the season, embracing balance and renewal as we transition into autumn.We'll enhance our practice with silent disco headphones, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the guided session, free from external distractions. The headphones will provide crystal-clear instruction and calming music, perfectly synchronizing with the natural sounds of the ocean. The serene beach setting, combined with the immersive audio experience, will create a truly unforgettable experience.

Our session will begin with a yoga flow to drop you into the body followed by an immersive breathwork journey to help you reconnect to your center. Optional ocean plunge after for those who want to jump in the water after the experience.

Darren is a space holder and wellness curator who has extensive training in energy medicine, eastern medicine, yoga therapeutics, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, meditation, functional movement, and mobility. He utilizes his knowledge from these different healing modalities and his knowledge from his education in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help individuals live more embodied and fulfilling lives. He works with people from all walks of life and offers his work privately in 1:1 sessions with his clients, for big corporations, private events, and other special and sacred occasions.
