During this event, you'll be immersed in a soothing symphony of sounds designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore your inner balance. Dr. Tselane will use a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, to create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility.

To fully enjoy the sound bath, we recommend attendees to bring:

Yoga Mat or Blanket: For comfort and to lie down during the sound bath.

Pillow: To support your head and neck while you relax.

Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential for your well-being.

Please note that we have limited seating available, so if you prefer to sit during the event, you can reserve a chair in advance. However, if you lie down for the sound bath, please bring your yoga mat or blanket.
