Relational Health Pastoral Community: Preventing Pastoral Burnout and Understanding Marital Impact

4-month online community for couples, facilitated in partnership with Vineyard USA Pastoral Health team and the Kineo Center

Join us for an experiential community alongside other Vineyard pastor couples, where you and your spouse are present to the sober reality of what happens to marriages in ministry, along with how to prevent burnout and deal with ministry trauma. We’ll focus on four major areas:

Vocational disappointments
Relational injuries endured in family, friendships, and ministry
Internalized expectations and how you and your spouse have morphed because of them
Regulating emotions - utilizing Enneagram to understand how shame, fear, and anger are showing up, as well as your unique Enneagram pairing strength

As part of the intake, you’ll complete a burnout assessment. Each online meeting will have rich material to engage with, as well as ways to continue the integration outside of our meeting times.

Dates: 8 sessions, meeting every other week beginning Thursday, January 21, 2027 through April 28, 2027 at 5 PM PT / 6 PM MT / 7 PM CT / 8 PM ET.
