Fall Prevention course with Functional Fun Therapy
Description
Join Functional Fun Therapy run by an Occupational Therapist and Allied Health Assistant for our Falls Prevention Course, held every Wednesday in November at 5pm at Kadidjiny Park Hall in Melville.
Falls can have a significant impact on confidence, independence and quality of life, particularly as we get older. The good news is that falls risk can often be reduced through regular movement, strength and balance exercises.
Our sessions focus on helping you improve strength, balance, coordination and mobility to support everyday activities and help you feel more confident on your feet.
