Vendor Application - Fall Vendor Fair 2026

We are so excited you are interested in selling at our Vendor Fair at the Wayback Barn.

We are looking for local vendors selling tangible goods (no services). We are a family-friendly gathering place, so vendors will be screened to be sure they follow our code of conduct, which includes, but is not limited to use of profanity, degrading terminology, or explicit images.  If we decide your booth is not going to be a good fit, we will let you know and refund your money.

Please note, we encourage any Young Entrepreneur Vendors (Under 17) to register- they will have a discounted vendor registration price.

Also note that our 2026 Fall Vendor Fair will be FREE admission for shoppers this year and will also take place before the evening movie!

Thanks again for your interest, for taking the time to fill out this form, and for being a part of our vendor fair.  The success of the fair is largely dependent of vendors spreading the word, so be on the lookout for emails with content you can use to help market the event and start letting friends know so they can make their calendars.
