Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a great experience for all of our participants. However, in the event that fewer than five (5) participants are registered, we reserve the right to cancel the event.

Event Cancellation by Us:

We may cancel an event if fewer than five (5) participants have registered.
Cancellations due to low enrollment will be communicated no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event start time.
In the case of cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future event, subject to availability.
