MAP is a nonprofit food hub and urban farm that promotes equity and access by connecting people to nutritious, local food. Located on Buffalo's West Side, our dedicated staff and volunteers work in neighborhoods throughout Buffalo to build connections with people and work with them to build a food system that benefits people, the planet and our regional economy.

We offer culinary education classes on a sliding scale with the goal of bringing people together to share good food. Our classes promote cross cultural learning, teach recipes using fresh, nutritious seasonal produce, and educate on food preservation methods such as pickling and fermentation.

When you take a class at MAP, you are helping to support our mission to nurture the growth of a diverse, accessible, and equitable local food system, promote economic opportunities, and empower youth through social change education.
