Join us for Respire and Respair, NorthStar’s 10-week Fall Yoga Series led by Christa, meeting every Monday from 6:30–7:30 PM, September 14 through November 16. Attend all 10 classes, join us for a few, or simply come when you can. Each class stands on its own, so you’re welcome to enter the series at any point.

Respire and Respair is an invitation to explore intentional breathwork as a way of returning to the present. Each class creates space to regulate the nervous system and connect more intentionally with ourselves as we are, right here and right now. At its heart, the series considers hope as something we can practice and embody in our everyday lives.

No prior yoga experience is required. This is a practice for all bodies, with space to participate in the ways that feel right for you.
