Location: Forrest Research Foundation, Forrest Hall, 21 Hackett Drive, Crawley 6009

Parking: Along Hackett Drive and within grounds of UWA (unfortunately no parking is available at the Forrest Research Foundation)

Cost: The event is free, but registration is required to attend

3.30pm: Arrival and mingling

4.00pm: Competition

5.00pm: Judges deliberate, drinks and nibbles

5.30pm: Winners announced, continue to sundowner
