🧘‍♀️ Family and Baby Yoga – Mindful Movement, Connection & Calm

This gentle weekly yoga group is designed for new parents and carers with babies (from newborn to crawling). Led by Kristie, a warm and experienced yoga teacher with a deep passion for supporting families, this class offers a safe and nurturing space to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with yourself—while keeping your baby close.

🌿 What’s Included

Each session offers:

Gentle yoga and stretching to support postnatal recovery, reduce tension, and strengthen the body
Mindfulness and breathwork to calm the nervous system and bring presence to the parenting journey
Flexible participation: practise with your baby in your arms, lying nearby, or playing with provided toys
Demonstration doll used by the facilitator to show poses you can safely try with your baby
Inclusive and calm environment—babies can feed, sleep, or play freely with no pressure or expectation

👶 Baby-Friendly, Parent-Focused

Soft toys and play materials are available in the space so your baby can rest or play while you move through the session.

Connect with a supportive group of parents navigating similar stages of life
Enjoy our welcoming, cosy environment—no need to tidy up or perform, just come as you are
Tea, coffee and water available before or after class
