Family Constellations Workshop - Cooroy

We are all part of a larger family system. Sometimes, without realising it, we carry feelings, unconscious loyalties, or burdens that do not totally belong to us. These can come from past experiences or even previous generations, and may influence how we feel, relate, and move through life.

This Family Constellations workshop offers a space to slow down, listen, and become aware of what is often unseen.

What is Family Constellations?

Family Constellations is a gentle and at the same time powerful approach that brings hidden dynamics into the light. In a group setting, participants can represent different parts of a system -such as family members, emotions or experiences.

Through this process, something deeper can begin to find its way. What was unclear can become visible. What felt heavy may begin to soften. New understanding and compassion can arise - for yourself and for others.

What this experience can offer for you

In a safe and respectful space, you are invited to explore what is present for you.

This work may support you to:

• recognise patterns that have been shaping your life

• release what you may have been carrying for a long time

• soften inner tension and create space for something new

• reconnect with yourself in a more loving and grounded way

Whether you bring your own topic, participate as a representative, or simply witness the process - each way can be meaningful and often deeply touching.
There is always something to take away for yourself.

No experience is needed.

We will have a lunch break. Feel free to bring your lunch and share the break with other participants (there is a little kitchen).

About the facilitator:
Katja Hofmann is passionate about practices that involve the body to support body awareness, balance a busy mind and enable transformation. She is a Systemic & Family Constellation facilitator, Azul Conscious Movement teacher and Face Reading practitioner at the Sunshine Coast, QLD, offering classes, workshops and 1:1 sessions.
