Family Constellation Workshop - Oct, Auckland

This work empowers people who want to get a deeper understanding of their own patterns, perhaps curious about their family background, or those who currently feel stuck in life.


What is Family & Systemic Constellation work?

Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the 1990s, Family Constellations is an alternative form of therapy work. Constellations can be performed one-on-one or as a group of people who come together, offering their awareness and presence, and thus creating an energy field that Constellation Practitioners call the ‘work field’.

This approach draws from several other modalities, including Gestalt therapy, psychoanalysis, Virginia Satir's family sculpting, psychodynamic therapy, hypnotherapy, systemic family therapy

Bring any problem you are currently dealing with (doesn't have to be connected to a family issue).

*Please note there may not be time for everyone to have a constellation, but by witnessing someone else's work, there may be healing in it for you.

About the Facilitators

>>> Jo Amrein-Palairet was born in Taupo, New Zealand. Her ancestors made their way to NZ from Switzerland and Germany in the early 1900’s. She first trained as a Primary school teacher focusing on special education. Since leaving the classroom, Jo has undertaken Reiki training and have also trained in Trauma Sensitive Yin Yoga. She spent many years on her own healing journey exploring many different modalities. Once I discovered Family Constellations, I was finally able to release long held negative patterns and trauma. I then trained in this amazing therapy and now work as a Family Constellation facilitator

>>> Natalia Bullons was born in Peru and my ancestors are of Peruvian and Spanish descent. I was raised in Lima; the capital of Peru and I am the middle of three children of Noemi and Ricardo.
As everyone that comes to a healing journey experiences huge amounts of emotional suffering, I entered a journey to become a certified life coach to support those healing journeys.
My background is scientific. I’m a pharmacist and a marine ecosystem researcher at Auckland University of Technology (AUT). I run family constellation workshops since 2017 and I’ve been supporting individual and group sessions in family constellations in Spanish and English in Peru, Chile, and New Zealand.
Family constellations appeared on my journey when I wanted to understand why some relationships sucked. This therapeutic technique led me on a journey of developing humility to what I have received from my family lineage, whatever it was. The Buddhist path came into my life when I moved to New Zealand, and everything fell apart. It gave me the understanding that we suffer at our own hands and that we need to create our mental causes and conditions.
It is my intention to support others to discover a different interpretation of misfortune, adversities, and pain, and to reduce their suffering.
