This work empowers people who want to get a deeper understanding of their own patterns, perhaps curious about their family background, or those who currently feel stuck in life.
What is Family & Systemic Constellation work? Developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger in the 1990s, Family Constellations is an alternative form of therapy work. Constellations can be performed one-on-one or as a group of people who come together, offering their awareness and presence and thus creating an energy field that Constellation Practitioners call the ‘work field’.

Bring any problem you are currently dealing with (doesn't have to be connected to a family issue).
*Please note there may not be time for everyone to have a constellation, but by witnessing someone else's work, there may be healing for you.
About the Facilitator: Jo Amrein-Palairet is based in Tauranga and a Trained Family Constellation Facilitator. She also has a teaching degree. Jo has since left the classroom and now works full-time as a Family Constellation facilitator. Alongside this, she is Sensitive Yin Yoga and Personal Development Facilitator. Also trained in Reiki.
Jo has spent many years on her own healing journey and has attended many Constellation workshops and one on one sessions, supporting her in this process.
